Say what you will about his golf game, Tom Brady’s departure from the Patriots to the Buccaneers will likely go down as one of the biggest free agent moves in NFL history.  Brady more than any other QB has systemized success.

Leaving the Patriots after 20 seasons (9 Super Bowls/6 rings) seemed unlikely, but that is in the past.  Brady did what he thought would put him in the best position to succeed moving forward and that lesson should resonate with advisors, too.
