The global pandemic has shed a light on some of the technology issues that the industry faces as a whole, some of which were brought on by a majority of the country switching to remote working. One of the most pressing tech challenges that came out of the survey was the number of advisors who needed upgraded equipment to better handle working from home.

With many advisors feeling like they were ill-prepared to master working remotely, they reached out to their broker-dealers for answers and support.
